It is called «Mais Gosto» and it is the latest project by creative solutions company CNERGIA, led by Deize Serrano, whose mission it is to dynamise the Algarve’s restaurant and catering sector, and improve regional performance.
Chef Augusto Lima is the consultant gastronome – and the variety of solutions includes methods of training and organisation, dubbed Menu Engineering.
This new buzz word involves the elaboration of modern menus that take into account nutritional content, kitchen management and communication strategies (this means, logos, menu branding, websites, social networking, etc.) Mais Gosto can even advise on restaurant make-overs (to make the most of what’s on offer).
